Most common repairs like screen, battery and charging port are done the same day, often while you wait. Board-level or parts-on-order repairs can take longer — we always tell you the expected time before starting.

Do I get a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Every repair comes with our shop service warranty on the part and the work. The exact warranty period is written on your job sheet and bill.

Is diagnosis charged?

No. We check your phone and give you a clear quote first. Work starts only after you approve it.

Are your used phones safe to buy?

Every pre-owned phone is tested before sale, its IMEI is verified and it is checked for iCloud / Google (FRP) locks. You get a proper bill and shop warranty.

Can I exchange my old phone?
